Having identified the training and development needs of your business, the Ampleo team will provide bespoke solutions to meet your needs efficiently and effectively.
Our approaches can include facilitated workshops, drop in sessions, e-learning, group coaching and personal coaching for key people. We prefer facilitated workshops to engage groups of people to achieve a shared outcome. We use a combination of theory, fact and learning exercises to develop understanding, knowledge, skills and personal motivation. This learning is then applied to the real challenges people face in their jobs. Some of the targeted solutions we can provide include:
