About Us
Ampleo, founded by Anna Kane, combines Anna's experience as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with her passionate desire to help address the environmental crisis currently facing the world.
Ampleo works with both public and private sector businesses to help them address their environmental challenges by focusing on staff recruitment and development and change management strategies.
Ampleo is ahead of the game. It's the first UK consultancy to offer this combination of expertise in occupational psychology with a dedication to tackling climate change issues. Working with a market leader can only enhance a business's credentials, making it a market leader itself.
Ampleo knows that the marketplace rewards best practice, separating the leaders from the laggards. Leaders know that best practice is achieved through Environmental Occupational Psychology, based on rigorous research. Competitors know that they need to respond with a strategy of their own, but some will hide behind the smokescreen of a hastily concocted piece of greenwashing.
No two client’s needs are the same so a flexible and affordable consultancy service is essential. The consultancy model that best meets this requirement is the same one Ampleo undertakes: a core team who have worked together for years supported by the provision of services from associates. The model enables Ampleo to scale up to meet large volume projects and scale back to meet the needs of smaller projects; all at no extra cost to clients as overheads are at a consistent low.
